ARRIVAL TIME & LOCATION
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Your sailing excursion begins promptly at your reservation time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
All guests meet at our designated pickup location in Vineyard Haven, where you will be transported via dinghy to the sailboat.

Boarding The Vessel
Guests board the sailboat via a short dinghy transfer from shore.
From the dinghy, you will step aboard the sailboat. Crew members are present to assist as needed.
If you have mobility concerns, please contact us in advance so we can discuss options.
What To Wear
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is best.
We are a shoeless vessel. Please wear footwear that is easy to remove and suitable for a marine environment.
A light jacket or layer is recommended for evening sails, as conditions can be cooler on the water.
If swimming is part of your itinerary, remember to bring a towel.
What To Bring
We recommend:
- Sunscreen (lotion only — no spray)
- Sunglasses
- A hat
- A light layer or jacket as needed based on weather conditions
Space onboard is limited. Please bring only what you need and keep bags to a minimum.
Soft-sided bags are preferred.
What To Expect On The Water
Every sail is different.
Conditions such as wind, tide, and weather determine the route, pace, and overall experience on any given day.
Guests are welcome to participate in sailing the vessel or simply relax and enjoy the ride.
If wind conditions are light, the vessel may operate under auxiliary power to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
Onboard Notes
Alcohol:
Guests may bring alcoholic beverages on private charters (no red wine permitted). Please enjoy responsibly.
Sunscreen:
Only lotion sunscreen is permitted onboard. Spray sunscreen is not allowed.
Coolers & Bags:
Only soft-sided coolers are permitted. Hard-sided coolers are not allowed due to safety and space limitations.
Electronics:
We recommend limiting the use of valuable electronics onboard, as marine conditions can be unpredictable.
Waiver
All guests must sign a waiver prior to boarding.
Cancellation & Timing (summary only)
Please note:
- Late arrivals cannot extend charter time
- No-shows are considered a full forfeiture of the reservation
- Full cancellation terms are provided during booking
